The National Labor Relations Board here petitions for enforcement of two orders finding respondent, Murray Ohio Manufacturing Company, guilty of violations of Section 8(a) (1) and 8(a) (3) of the National Labor Relations Act, (§ 158(a) (1) and (3), Title 29 U.S.C. A.). The orders require respondent to cease and desist from conduct found to be unfair labor practice, and direct the reinstatement with pay of twenty-two employees in Case...
