This litigation stems from a traffic collision between a car driven by appellant, Berlin Tiner, and a car driven by A. R. Merritt. In the collision four of the children in the Berlin Tiner car were killed and one was permanently injured. Three of those fatally wounded were children of Berlin Tiner and his divorced wife, Alma Jean Tiner; the fourth fatally wounded child was Berlin Tiner's niece, Linda...
