Plaintiff, Denzil R. Murphy, has taken this appeal from the decree of the trial court granting him judgment in the sum of $563.45 in recompense of medical expense incurred but rejecting his claim for workmen's compensation benefits allegedly due because of total and permanent disability reputedly sustained in a fall which plaintiff experienced March 19, 1962, in the course of his employment by defendant, Baton Rouge Coca-Cola Bottling Company, Ltd....
