Injured as the result of a collision between two motor vehicles, in one of which he was riding, a passenger, Eugene E. Graceffo, brought suit against both operators, Jerome A. Bricker and Gage E. Murray, for damages and recovered a judgment therefor. On appeal, Bricker, one of the defendants, is the appellant, and Graceffo, the plaintiff, and Murray, the other defendant, are the appellees.
