This suit was filed by appellants, Jerry Al Brown and his father, Joe Al Brown, d/b/a Brown & Brown, to recover damages from Asgrow Seed Company of Texas for loss of a watermelon crop because fertilizer produced by Bactex Fertilizer, Inc., and sold to appellants by appellee did not contain the specified ingredients.
