Plaintiff held a contract carrier's permit issued him by defendant commission October 5, 1960. The defendant commission revoked plaintiff's permit. Plaintiff brought certiorari in the district court to test the legality of the commission's order. The district court sustained the commission's order and plaintiff appeals to us.
