This matter is before the court on the plaintiff's appeal from a dismissal of the cause by the District Court for failure to allege the requisite jurisdictional facts as to diversity of citizenship, and jurisdictional amount. The complaint alleges that the plaintiff is a corporation "duly organized and existing under the laws of the State of Ohio," and that the defendants "are [have been] corporations duly organized and existing under the laws of the State...
