The issue presented by this appeal is whether the Patent Office Board of Appeals was correct in holding that claims 8, 9, 14-18 and 20-23 of appellant's application1 were directed to a structure which was obvious in view of the prior art, and thus unpatentable under 35 U.S. C. § 103.
