This is an appeal from a judgment of the United States District Court for the Northern District of California, Southern Division. The appellant was convicted in that court of bank robbery, a violation of Section 2113(a) of Title 18, United States Code. The appellant, having been found guilty by a jury on November 18, 1962, was, on December 18, sentenced by the court to imprisonment for 15 years with eligibility for parole after three years.
