This suit was filed by Flossie Whitaker against Mid-South Pavers, Inc., road contractors, Guy Moran and G. Cleo Moran, individually, and as partners, doing business as Moran Trucking Company, to recover damages for personal injuries sustained in an automobile accident which occurred on July 20, 1961, on Highway 25W in Anderson County about three miles north of Clinton, Tennessee.
