Plaintiff-appellant was injured by shot-gun fire while hunting. Pellets penetrated his right eye and right hand. At the time of the injury, he was engaged with a group of companions in a bird-shooting expedition. Among the members of the group were defendants-appellees, Ralph Bosworth and Robert Bunyard.
