HOLMES, Justice.

The plaintiffs in error were found guilty of possessing intoxicating liquor for the purpose of sale in violation of T.C.A. § 39-2527. The jury fixed the punishment of each plaintiff in error at a fine of $500.00 and imprisonment in the County Jail for six months.
