PALMORE, Judge.

The City of Hickman appeals from a judgment denying its petition under KRS 81.210 to annex an area adjoining its east and southeast city limits.

As presently constituted the city embraces 398 acres. According to the 1960 census its population totalled 1531. There was a conflict in evidence on the area of the proposed addition. The mayor said it contains 250 acres. Testifying for the remonstrants, the county surveyor figured it from the map...
