Appellant was convicted after a jury trial on his plea of not guilty to a two-count indictment charging evasion of personal income tax for the years 1955 and 1956, in violation of 26 U.S.C. § 7201. He was sentenced to nine months imprisonment on each count, the sentences to run concurrently.
