Harrell, Deceased, brought this suit against Continental Assurance Company of Chicago, Illinois, appellee, to recover on a policy of credit life insurance issued by appellee to the Government Employees Credit Union of Austin, Texas. Trial to the Court without a jury resulted in judgment for appellee.
