This is an action instituted by Mrs. Vermae Soirez Duhon and by her husband, Joseph O. Duhon, Sr., arising out of a motor vehicle accident which occurred on January 1, 1962, involving an automobile owned and being driven by Mr. Duhon. The suit was instituted against Great American Insurance Company, the liability and medical payments insurer of Mr. Duhon.
