This is a wrongful death action. The widow of Milton Thomas sues for herself and their six minor children. She alleges that her husband died on November 16, 1962 as a result of an accident three weeks earlier, and that this accident was caused by negligence for which the defendants are legally responsible. The trial court dismissed the suit, holding that an accident had not been proved and, further, that the preponderance of the medical evidence showed...
