Campo, Jr., a ground-floor store in the premises 4226 Chef Menteur Highway, known as "Lela Building" for a term of five years commencing October 1, 1958, and terminating September 30, 1963, in consideration of a monthly rental of $275.00 per month for the first two years and $325.00 per month for the next three years.
