This is an action instituted in Admiralty by Libelant against Albatross Shipping Corporation. The libel is in three counts:

(1) For damages for personal injuries sustained aboard the SS RICHMOND; (2) For maintenance and cure; and (3) For damages for failure to pay maintenance and cure.
