OPPENHEIMER, J., delivered the opinion of the Court.

This is an appeal from a decree holding that a testatrix in her will, which exercises a power of appointment contained in a prior deed of trust executed by her, did not violate the rule against perpetuities as to life estates created for her natural children. The decree reserves for future determination all other questions of the validity of future interests under the deed of trust. The appellant is guardian
