Plaintiff, Joseph Tezeno, instituted this suit against Albert Isadore, Vincent Thibeaux, and Maryland Casualty Company to recover damages for the death of his son, Ambrose Tezeno, who was shot and killed by Albert Isadore. No answer was filed by Thibeaux and no judgment has been rendered against him.
