This is an appeal from a judgment of the District Court overruling appellant's motion to vacate judgment, filed pursuant to Section 2255, Title 28 United States Code.

Appellant Orlando and three codefendants, Jalove, Brinegar and Thornton, were charged in a two-count indictment with (1) conspiring to rob the Farmers Bank of Petersburg, Kentucky, the deposits of which were insured by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation...
