This is an appeal on questions of law taken by Paul N. Graham from a judgment of the Court of Common Pleas finding Section 4112.02, Revised Code, to be unconstitutional as applied to plaintiff, appellee herein, and a cease and desist order of the commission to be a nullity and void.
