Groves and Sons, Inc., a Corporation, and two other defendants, to recover damages to property owned by the plaintiffs, alleged to have been caused as the result of blasting operations at the Morgantown Airport in Monongalia County, West Virginia, in an area known as "the Mileground", located near the City of Morgantown...
