(1) Were the arrests of defendants in Michigan prior to the issuance of any warrant in Wisconsin illegal thereby rendering illegal the search and seizure made incidental to such arrests?

(2) Did the trial court commit prejudicial error in sustaining the state's objection to questions put to a witness by defendants' counsel which sought to ascertain when the witness first talked to the police about...
