The counts of the indictment upon which the appellant, John Robert Howard, was convicted, charged that he passed and uttered falsely made, forged and altered obligations and securities of the United States, and that he concealed and kept such securities in his possession. The securities were United States Savings Bonds, Series E. The appellant filed, and the Court granted, a motion for a bill of particulars showing the manner in which the bonds...
