These are cross-appeals from a judgment entered in the United States District Court for the District of Puerto Rico in an action brought under the Fair Labor Standards Act of 1938, as amended 29 U.S.C.A. §§ 201 et seq., for the recovery of unpaid minimum wages and overtime compensation.1 The plaintiffs, who worked in a hotel which included a restaurant,2 and in a hospital
