Plaintiff, Billy E. Dunn, as an employee of Memphis Coach Company, Inc., contracted the occupational disease known as lead poisoning. It may be assumed that the negligence of his employer in failing to provide him with a reasonably safe place to work, brought about Dunn's illness. At all times involved, Dunn's employer had a contract with the United States for the manufacture of service ambulances. The contract between Memphis Coach and the United States...
