Plaintiff, Mrs. Alta Boudreaux Champagne, appealed from a judgment of the Trial Court rejecting her demands and dismissing her suit for the wrongful death of her husband, George Champagne, who was killed on July 3, 1962 by an automobile driven by defendant, Roy J. Marmande. Made defendants in the suit were Marmande, his liability insurer, Fireman's Insurance Company, Elward M. Voisin and his liability insurer, Maryland Casualty Company.
