Appellant appeals from her conviction of violations of 18 U.S.C.A. § 6561 and 18 U.S.C.A. § 1005.2 She was charged in a twenty-six count indictment with a series of defalcations while employed by The Florida National Bank of Jacksonville, Florida, and tried before a jury which returned a verdict of not guilty as to the first twelve counts and guilty as to the last fourteen.
