Appellant-Plaintiff William G. Foy, a guest passenger in an automobile owned and being driven by his friend, Appellee-Defendant Richard T. Fleming, was injured in an accident which occurred around 11:00 P.M. on Roosevelt Boulevard, Jacksonville, Florida.
