This is an appeal from a judgment of the District Court in favor of Plaintiff and against Defendant for $675.00, plus interest from date of judicial demand, and all costs.

This suit was brought originally on behalf of the minor by his father in his capacity of "natural tutor" but subsequently amended to appear as "administrator of the estate" of his minor son, since he and his wife, the boy's mother, were still living, and he was "administrator...
