Mr. and Mrs. Roland A. Hesse, Jr., instituted suit to recover damages sustained when Mrs. Hesse slipped and fell as she was entering Ched's Cocktail Lounge in New Orleans, Louisiana. The defendant, Marquette Casualty Company, is the liability insurer of Chuck's Inc., doing business as Ched's Cocktail Lounge.
