The beneficiary, Mrs. Sally Radosta, seeks to recover by this suit the avails (some $10,000) of an insurance policy issued by defendant on the life of her husband, Peter Radosta, and the insurer's special defense to the suit is that certain untrue material statements were knowingly made by the insured in the application for said insurance, which rendered the contract null, void and unenforceable; that such false representations affected the acceptance...
