This is an action in tort arising out of an automobile-pedestrian accident. It is alleged that on November 25, 1962, at approximately 12:05 A.M., Mrs. Ann Taylor was struck by an automobile being driven by defendant, Ray Kendall, in an easterly direction along U. S.
