Robert Clark DeVoll, a member of the United States Navy, was a passenger in an automobile owned by John N. Strosaker when it was involved in a collision. DeVoll died as a result of the injuries he received in that collision. Vina Walsh was then appointed administratrix of the estate of Robert Clark DeVoll, deceased.
