This case was consolidated with Number 6038 entitled Womack, Jr. v. Sternberg, La. App., 162 So.2d 119. The facts and questions were decided and fully discussed in the companion suit. The District Judge rendered judgment in favor of the defendant Floyd W. Womack, Jr. and against plaintiff Manfred Sternberg, dismissing the action at plaintiff's cost.
