Plaintiff in the Court of Common Pleas of Franklin County, Mary Allen, filed a claim for services alleged to have been rendered to Harry Hunter, during his lifetime, against the defendant, Leah Margaret Hunter, as administratrix of the estate of the decedent. The facts concerning the events preceding the filing of the action, which took place in the Probate Court, as admitted in the pleadings, are as follows:
