This is a suit in tort for damages on account of the alleged negligence or malpractice of plaintiff's physician in his alleged failure to inform him of the results of an X-ray examination and the warning of the radiologist that there was an abnormal condition in his lung which might be indicative of tuberculosis requiring further radiological examination for more accurate diagnosis.
