This is a workmen's compensation suit instituted by Bentley B. Bryant against the compensation insurer of Mullins & Parker, a partnership domiciled in Natchez, Mississippi. The State Confederate Memorial Medical Center intervened to recover a sum of money alleged to be due it for medical services rendered to the claimant as a result of his injuries.
