This is an action for property damages resulting from a collision between plaintiff's automobile, which was being driven as a taxicab by a third party, Stallings Chaperon, and an automobile driven by the defendant, Abraham W. Roy, Jr. The other defendant is Roy's liability insurance carrier. The trial court found negligence on the part of both drivers and rendered judgment in favor of the defendants, dismissing...
