Plaintiff, Sylvan Verdin, instituted this suit against the defendants, the Succession of Felix A. Wiseman, Jr., and Mrs. Zelda Agloff, widow of Felix A. Wiseman, Jr., as the owners of a tugboat designated as "Mr. Mark", endeavoring to recover the sum of $100,000.00 for injuries which he sustained when he fell from a ladder as he descended from the deck to the engine room of the ship.
