Dr. C. J. Gilliam instituted this action against Ferrona Serrano, d/b/a Louisiana Greater Shows, and National Indemnity Company, the liability insurer of the defendant. The plaintiff seeks individually to recover $125.00, being the sum spent by him for medical treatment for his six year old daughter, Cutrell Gilliam; and also seeks, on behalf of his daughter to recover $15,000.00 for physical disability, pain, suffering, traumatic neurosis and permanent...
