The case is presently before us on a remand by the Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit [63-2 USTC ¶ 9583]. Our original Findings of Fact and Opinion in this proceeding was reported in [Dec. 25,105] 37 T.C. 136. The case involves petitioner's 1957 income tax.
