BASTIAN, Circuit Judge.

On May 12, 1961, appellant was sentenced to serve from two to six years imprisonment on his conviction of robbery and assault with intent to commit robbery.1 At the expiration of his minimum sentence, he applied for parole. After a hearing held by the Parole Board on February 21, 1963, his application was denied.
