The plaintiff in error, William Dunnebacke, instituted an action for slander against the defendant in error, Webb Williams. Two amendments to the declaration were filed and later, by order of the Court, the plaintiff in error was allowed to withdraw the original declaration and amendments and file a substitute declaration.
