Ernest Eugene Taylor, who will hereinafter be referred to as the defendant, brought this proceeding under 28 U.S. C.A. § 2255 to vacate and set aside his conviction on four counts of an information charging transfer and possession of marihuana in violation of 26 U.S.C.A. §§ 4742(a) and 4744(a).
