This suit was instituted by plaintiff, a Missouri Corporation engaged in the real estate business, against Fred and Elyzabeth Schell, husband and wife, defendants, to recover the reasonable value of services rendered to them in procuring a 99 year lease on their property for a rental of $3,600.00 per year.
