Robinson, owner of an undivided one-half interest in the 1280 acre Robinson ranch, located in the state of Kansas, on May 10, 1961, sued the defendant Hall DeWeese, a Kansas City, Missouri lawyer and owner of a one-fourth interest in the ranch. The petition alleged that the plaintiff, the defendant and one Audrey C. Meade, owner of the remaining one-fourth share, agreed to and did accept an offer of $85,000...
