By an amendment of the original petition this is now an action to recover $25,000 actual damages for an allegedly false arrest in 1951. A companion case, 1956, in which the plaintiff unsuccessfully sought both actual and punitive damages is Frank v. Wabash Railroad Company, Mo., 295 S.W.2d 16.
